Their knowledge and application of proper and timely treatments for our issues has been re-assuring. They are highly professional and friendly and caring in their approach.

Unfortunately I am quite acquainted with dental office visits, as I have had a few long-standing dental issues over the years and I was very fortunate to find IM Clinic after our move to Semarang.

Their clinic is very-up-to-date, as is their knowledge and training. Even better expertise and techniques I seen here, compared to clinics in the US, UK, India, UAE and Ireland.

Their front-office staff are very lovely also, which is always important for putting nervous patients, like myself at times, at ease.
